Move-In Package
 
  • Manage communications &scheduling between family, client & retirement community
  • Supervise move-in day
  • Organization and furniture placement floor plan
  • Supervise/refer barrier-free or age-in-place contractors (as needed) for new residence
  • Communicate address change to friends, family and businesses
  • Stock Fridge for 1-2 days supply
  • Other as requested by client or community
 
Home Sale Package:
 
  • Provide Realtor, home appraisal and contractor referrals and supervision
  • Room- by- Room Home Staging Consultation.  
  • Option of Adding Staging Consult to Planning Package
